Book me

Some things are better taught in a room than read on a page. This is where I do that.

I give talks and run workshops in English, French, German and Luxembourgish. Small rooms by preference. Most people who book me heard about me from someone who was in one.

I take on a few rooms a year. The rest of my time belongs to a book in progress and a communication desk. When I say yes, you have all of me.

Communication under pressure

Thirty-one years in private banking taught me how difficult conversations actually go. How to say the hard thing and keep the relationship. What clients remember long after the numbers fade.

Intelligent behaviour at work

Carlo Cipolla drew four quadrants in 1976. They explain most of what goes wrong in teams. A framework for hiring, managing, and understanding the colleague who puzzles you.

The client experience

Service quality as strategy. Transparency wins deals, pressure loses them. I have the stories to prove it, from banking, retail, and real estate.

Each session is built fresh for the room it’s in.

Borrow my pen

Some people have things worth saying and no time to write them. Others write, and it never quite sounds like them. Both can borrow my pen: speeches, letters that matter, LinkedIn presences, the words a moment demands. My absolute favourite: complaint management. I write in your voice, and my best work carries no trace of me. You will never know for whom I have written. Neither will they.

Write to pen@nathaliemeier.lu.

Tell me about your room, or ask to borrow the pen.
